OK, I see what you meant. Yes, it was a good time because everything was new and revolutionary. We were also very innocent, and I think for the most part, less angry. Even then when there was anger there were some legitimate grievances and it was directed. It didn't seem to be the undirected, generic, mad at everything that you see and hear in some of today's music. I guess I just sound old complaining about today's music vs. the good old days. :-)

That era had its good and bad points (like any). Of course, if we were still in that era, we wouldn't even be talking or listening to this huge selection of music. We had to wait for the radio, or buy or borrow a vinyl LP or tape...
