Hey! Damn it´s been a long time. In May 08 I got a job and had to leave Florianopolis. Now I leave in a mountain town close to Rio. I dont like it in there but the job is good. Believe or not right now I am in Germany! Trainning at Roche in Penzberg. Bio Molec is hard. I worked with it for 5 yrs so I have technical knowledge but lack of theorical embassement. The test is a dissertation so I must read. Parties in Brazil start too late. Last concert I went here it didn't start till 1 am! Crazy country.

I am offline but I see the emails poping :P I am studying Molecular Biology is for a job test on 10/16. Party is over ar 11 pm? Wtf? In Brazilian's Blumenau party does not start till 11 or so...

It is only 5:15 pm here so my day is still going. I am TRYING to study, having a hard time foccusing though. I should not read on the computer but I have e-books. Damn internet :P Soon I shall go to yoga and later on to a bar. Party it up!!! Is Oktoberfest and you should not be home on a Friday night ;)

Not really sure if I wanna watch Rihanna's vid. I can see guys liking her though. I had no idea Negatron had a band. That is so cool! I'd love to hear some of his stuff and of course if they do come to Brazil I'd do my best to go. Concerts are always cooler if you know some band member although I don't really know Negatron :P

I don't know Amorphis. There is a lot of bands out there I need to listen just need time and space.

I heard first about ISIS from TOOL fans and I thought I needed to listen them. Got some stuff and couldn't deal with the voice. Then I saw them live in a tiny bar. I was in front of the stage and was blown away by the sound. Multiples eargams :). Then I sawe them opening for TOOL 4X and liked it a lot. I got over the voice thing and love tjhem by the sound which I think is amazing.

I forget to ask: What is your fav CZ song? If you like ISIS you may want to check Cult of Luna and Red Sparowes. The other bands on that genre I hear are great to I just haven't had time (nor space) to get then. There is a lot of great post-rock bands if you are into it. Mostly instumental. I really like Oceansize and Explosions in the Sky.

LOL @ Icy Winds. I had to check that cause there was no song I knew of by the ISIS I am talking about with that name. That is so not ISIS. Last.fm fucked up on that one. Their album from 06 In The Absence of Truth is awesome and one of my fav albuns ever. Last.fm fucked up on that one

Glad they grew on you. I feel in love at my first listen actually and had a har time getting the albuns. The lead singer has another band called Declan de Barra. I haven't listened much but is mellower. I love his voice nonthelees. I don't see ISIS on your chart. Do you know/like them? I can listen to their latest album over and over again.

What do you have by CZ. If you wish I can send you some stuff. I don't recall the Psychotic Waltz. I looked them up on last.fm but they don't have samples available. I don't really pay attention to my neighboors. I am bad! I also don't get last.fm criteria. I am assuming it is based only on the top overall artists and not on all of them...

I see you listened to some Clann Zú. How did you like it? Perhaps too mellow or depressing for your taste...I do love them though. Looking to your list I don't see why we are only medium compatible. Perhaps cause I've never listen to your top bands. I don't really know Nevermore and Deadsoul Tribe. So much music out there, so little space right now :(
