  i'm betting that the majority of the people do. ahaha, i made a new account to avoid looking at my embarrassing tastes. but yeah, i like to look at how my music tastes have changed over the years too. that's one reason why i can't let go of last.fm

  ironically, it seems like being a music geek is considered a lot less attractive than... idk, being a book/movies/comics enthusiast. or is it just me? XD maybe i've just been hanging out with the wrong people all these years.

  yeah, it's quite hard to find people who appreciates music like us geeks, haha. feels like we're a small bunch, but i'm sure there are cool people out there. i've had luck finding two cool music friends from my japanese classes, but sadly i don't talk to them anymore...

    oh :( i have two friends who are quite the music nerds, but only one of them lives in the same country as I do. I was always jealous of the communities my friends had around sci-fi/harry potter/whatever - with conventions and meetups and stuff. this is why I'm so glad I found MH (I have no idea how I only ran into it less than a year ago lol)

    ah, it sucks living faraway from a friend....i feel you. well i'm glad that you found MH!! it's full of fun and cool people, you'll never leave. it's probably the only place where i can really discuss and have nice conversations. whereas irl i don't really talk to anybody about music and things i'm really into.

    yeah i needed a place like that and it's really great. i mean i spam on twitter but there isn't much interaction there, and on facebook it's like... unless it's a selfie or a cat photo people aren't going to care about what you upload. i think it's important to be able to talk about things you care about with other people, get excited about stuff! speaking of - MINAKEKKE - yes!!! thanks for writing about her, i haven't heard about her until now and it was a great discovery. :)
