Hey, I see you've been talking to Matt and Leah! Looks like I'll most probably be seeing you at Amanda Palmer on Wednesday... I presume you're a member of indiesoc who have a lot of pretty decent looking socials coming up soon if you're interested. :)

You guys are way more organised than us; we've managed to narrow our DVD choices down to about 50 :p Not sure what time everyone's told everyone to come around.. probably 9ish? I'll go talk to people in a minute though and find out.

Yeahh, z-two and toowec. I booked my ticket on bristolticketshop.co.uk and I think they charge you like 50p to pick them up at the venue.. something like that. Not extortionate anyway. Not sure where's good to meet.. maybe at the bottom of Park Street- College Green? Otherwise I'm sure it won't be too hard to find each other at the venue.

Tickets were 12 pounds, I think. Can probably get it from that ticket shop in Broadmead (I think that's where it is) or online. Matt and Sophie are going too. Where abouts are you living again?

Haven't been to The Thekla yet but I think I'm going to see Lykke Li there on Monday because my friend got free tickets... don't really like her but it's free so whatever :p Couldn't help but be nosey and read what you said to Matt... Haha, yeah I'm a 2nd year Comp Sci at UoB. I should hope you joined indiesoc at fresh :)! You'll meet plenty of people who've heard of johnny flynn I'm sure. I like him, not quite as much as my gf (http://last.fm/user/toowec), but still looking forward to it. Maybe we'll see you there. :)

Ah I'm sure you'll have opportunities to go on trips of some sort.. if not because of your course, maybe if you join some societies or something. I'm so excited about the year in Spain though.. it's a really long time but it's not so far that I can't visit quite a bit. Are you going to be joining Orbital/going to their welcome thing on the Saturday? I'm leaving here really early (6ish) but probably won't be in Bristol until about 2:30 so I think I'll miss it. Sure they'll be plenty of chances to meet everyone though :)

Haha yeah- was not keen on being in Stoke Bishop (I think that's the place you were talking about- the big group of halls that's like 40 minutes' walk away?). 15 minutes isn't too bad though.. time to listen to music and stuff :) I'm doing Economics with Spanish, third year in Spain- very very excited. Not long at all now :D when are you going to be traveling to Bristol?

I'm going to be in a student house too.. St. Michael's Hill- up to 16 people and it's mixed and 5 minutes away from the uni so I'm happy :D Am most definitely looking forward to checking out the music scene in Bristol too- the gigs were half the reason I chose to apply there.. so what are you going to be studying?

Oh awesome- I caught his set at a festival on Saturday and was completely blown away... his show has gotten infinitely better since I last saw him. Where are you going to be living?

i live in stockholm, sweden, and they're playing at a festival here 14th of june :) im seeing babyshambles two days before as well, haha will be a great week. no, actually i havent seen dpt before, only babyshambles once. you seen dpt before? i heard they're great live

Yep, standing. Though I got mine through someone else (cos I majorly panicked the day they went on sale!) and she may not go and so getting my ticket will be a bit tricky. And yay it's May now, DPT Tour Month :-)
