Alcest are OK. I mean, I've bought a couple of their albums but they didn't really get anywhere near the amount of plays I would have liked for the money. Incredibly overhyped band, but it's to be expected with the music scene as it is right now. Yes, incredible shame about Dopefight, they were a great band. Unfortunately, the guy with all the riffs turned out to be an asshole, so what can you do? I was listening to their first demo last night.

The show was out of control awesome. The only downside was that there were dumbass zombie bros everywhere, due to the pub crawl. And no, I have not yet listened to Leech; but i will be doing so tonight; no excuses this time.

The demos are really good but the album is a huge step up.
