I really am a fan of that girl! She's silky smooth , very Cool on the Bass... and the song quality is great... I'm a fan!

Thx for the add, it rare I meet people who have a super compatibility with me.

we already discussed pleasure p. but i just wanted to point out that i was using your computer last night, so those last few dwele/micah stampley scrobles should actually be counted as mine... but who's keeping track anyway? and note that i'm only listening to about 3 pleasure p songs. the rest of the album is shrash.

i need some lastfm help ;)

indeed.... i like the tail end of israel's version ... gonna use it when I teach it to my praise team ... that should be song of the year Stellar /Dove awards / Christian Gospel Grammy... that's the hit right there!

wow , you're really on some Fred and Israel ain't ya ? lol .... I really like Israel's new CD ... totally new sound and feel for him

Thanks.. I'm gonna check out ya girl Adrianne Archie.. I've never heard of her but I love everyone else on ya list so she must be good..

Hello. I am falling in luv with the very sweet n smooth sounds of Ledisi. Very nice. How are you?

Green Light was probably my favorite song of everything released last year...but the album was a huge disappointment for me. Too many power-ballads, too much middle-of-the-road radio pop...sort of the same development Alicia Keys and Beyoncé took with their latest albums. I don't know if you dig that stuff, but it doesn't do anything for me. Caught him live last night though, great as always. Estelle opened and she's very funny and relaxed on stage. If they're coming around your way you should look into getting tickets.

Chick-Fil-A IS awesome...easily one of my most important discoveries over here lol. Gonna miss it a lot back home. Actually it ended up being just me for the whole trip, but it's worked out fine anyway. Made a couple of new friends in the ATL who will hopefully come visit me this summer or in the fall. I'm staying on South Beach for another week so I'll catch the Super Bowl somewhere around here. Then it's off to NYC. Hey, did you listen to the new Musiq album? I'm totally losing touch with the new releases while I'm out here.

Yeah, the super thing kinda threw me off too. I think they recently re-calibrated the taste-o-meters because suddenly I have extreme compatibilities with just about everyone. I like it though! For new years I met with some LSU fans (!) and went to the Chick-fil-a Bowl, actually, and just hung out after that. Pretty cool. The greatest thing sports-wise though was the Falcons game against Tampa Bay when they secured the playoff spot. The Georgia Dome was crazy for that game. As for the weather, I can't even begin to tell you how good it feels to avoid some of that dark, swedish winter... If you have any particular must-dos for NYC, send me a message!

Your musical compatibility with Janye is Super. not the reason i'm here though. you like boring r&b music right? i suggest sterling simms. i originally gave his album a listen because he looked fine on the cover, but it was very you.

Btw, please note my picture desperately wanting to be yours. LOL.

What's up J!! I've been thinking about writing to you for the longest time, so I feel shameful for not telling you about the trip so far. Anyway it's been awesome so far! New Orleans - loved it... Atlanta - lots of stuff to do, the Falcons and the Hawks were on fire, but 4 weeks turned out too much in the end... On Miami Beach right now - loving that too. Got a couple of weeks left here, might go to Key West, and then there's the two weeks in NYC. What's up with you? How's work?

that's so exciting!!!

i'm so happy you're listening to Christmas music :)

im listening to the new kanye. you're gonna HATE it. lol

I have not I'll have to check it out

heard Deitrick Haddon's new cd??? I'm weary of buying it ... only liked a couple songs on his last CD

I would say its definitely worth a listen. He appeared here at a free concert and I was impressed. He may not have a contemporary "soul" voice but the music is a bit jazzy-eclectic while his lyrical content is quite inspiring. I just have new respect for him now. He's definitely not trying to make a fast buck but trying to share love. I just am not sure how that will translate to the masses. (Note: He actually performed on Letterman last night.)

see... i was just gittin it for the sake of gittin it. it all sounds the same when you got an ear full of coconut juice...

Ehm...not OLD, just BETTER...that's what I'm telling myself anyway ;-) Actually I think there are guest artists on all tracks but two. Maybe three. But I like it for this type of hip hop, gives the album a nice variety. The song with Chrisette is good. There's a smooth collabo with Ne-Yo... "State of Emergency" with Ice Cube, "Bulletproof Diaries" with Raekwon. The low point, naturally, is "My Life" with Lil Wayne on that T-Pain-style vocoder. Yuk... Regardless it's a good album and if you liked his first two you'll like this. I feel like I'm entering this big r&b/hip hop period again, so if you have any suggestions on new stuff other than that Damita girl...bring it.

As soon as you mentioned that I just find out that she was at Donnie McClurkin's outdoor event this past Saturday, here in NY.

I think I've heard one song from her. Is it good?

It's true how your memory gets worse with age. We talked about Havana this winter, don't ya remember :P The new Game album is actually really good. I'm surprised. The track with Raheem especially is veeeery hot...

it was on reggae gold 2006... get with it.

She's killing me right now! She did a free show on Friday and she signed my CD. Can't stop listening. ;-)

hey i love ur music! do u mind chatting?

Compatibility is 'very high' so I'm checking out yours too. :-)

they say kevin michaels. waaaaaaaaaaa!

...who?

woah 10 listens to keri hilson. someone sounds like a fan!

that would be understood as cheating bones!

I know that you're going to have a wonderful time. His new project is awesome. My person favorites are 'Prayers of the Righteous" and "Deeper" Please tell me how it goes. Me? I'm straight, just tryna beat the hat. I live in the desert and it's like 110 w/ 90% humility. LOL. But God's still good! LOLOL

LOL I just like the chord progressions on that song. She has some nice stuff for real LOL. How are you?

just a lil sampling to mix it up from time to time
