Still, I love bibio's older albums. Getting onto mind bokeh material again, I think the only interesting song is K for kelson, although I haven't listened to the whole album...

BoF3's soundtrack is solid, but best capcom soundtrack ever? I'm not sure, the 8 bit megaman soundtracks are pretty amazing, in particular 2-4. Though this is probably nostalgia talking.

it definitely deserves it; especially japanese post rock (mono, worlds end girlfriend, toe, kashiwa daisuke, etc), its some of the most emotional music ive come across. you should check it out if you havent already. btw, that was a great spongebob episode: smitty werben jager man jensen was the number 1 in boogie land!
