It's amazing to discover how your musical taste transforms as the years pass by. I still like what I listened to 15 years ago, but discovering new music might shift your focus. Great thing about Last.fm is that you can dig back into your library and rediscover gems that you haven't listened to for years.

"A Sea of Love" as current obssesion? I'm glad you enjoyed Huerco S. that much! I wanna thank you for the recommendations too, I've been planning to listen to Múm for a while a now, thanks for me reminding me of them. I did enjoyed "Sky Limits" by Celer quite a lot, it's a very soothing record. I'm going to give "Vestiges of an Inherent Melancholy" a listen soon, the name itself makes it seems like a interesting record.

I think I might need rehab, I'm addicted to that Huerco S. album. Is his discography as good as that album? Sometimes I enjoy an album so much I avoid listening to another album from the same artist so I don't get disappointed when I discover it's not as good as the album I love, isn't that weird? I'm glad you're enjoying what I'm suggesting. Feel free to send more recommendations.

Haha I love everything Tim Hecker released, An Imaginary Country just happens to be between three of his masterpieces imo (Mirages, Harmony in Ultraviolet & Ravedeath 1972) wich makes that record to be a little overlooked in his discography, but it's still good. Anyway, what's your favorite record from him? Also, rec me some Celer, "Xièxie" was a nice listen, I need to dive deeper into his discography, but I really don't know where to start, he releases a lot of stuff.

I could've swear I listened to Ravedeath 1972 before, can't believe it's not in my library yet. My favorite record of him is An Imaginary Country. Virgins comes close. With Celer people tend to start listening to Capri, but that's far from his very best. I'd start with Engaged Touches, then Sky Limits and Vestiges of an Inherent Melancholy. Let me know how the listening goes. :)

If you haven't listened ro Ravedeath yet, go listen NOW! I bet you won't regret, it's an amazing record. It's truly one of his best work, if not the best. It's one of those pieces of music that put you into trance. This one specially: https://youtu.be/qdmbbiMRe48 I did listen to Engaged Touches and it was quite nice, but I feel like I should give another listen to fully digest. I did listen to Ravedeath 1972, it was sublime but I still like An Imaginary Country better. Give it another try! Celer is music I listen to while reading or just laying in bed after a long, stressful workday. Any other music recommendation besides Tim Hecker? I'm very much into ambient and always eager to discover new, underground stuff.

I'm glad you enjoyed Ravedeath 1972. I kinda slacked on Celer this week, but I'll definetely change that soon. For recommendations, check out "For Those Of You Who Have Never (And Also Those Who Have)" by Huerco S. It's one of my favorites ambient releases of the last decade and overall a record that has a special place in my heart. It's kinda like my refuge whenever things get too chaotic. For something not related to ambient, give "Handrwriting" by Khonnor a listen. It's a very dreamy and melancholic record. The guy behind this project was only 16 years old when he made the record, so it has a very innocent vibe to it. It used to be one of my favorite records when I was a teenager. Recently I listened to it again and it was a nice rediscovery. Anyway, feel free to recommend me more stuff too, it's always nice to discover new music.

It is pretty hard to find a project that comes even remotely close to the quality, and diversity of their works. But I guess Zelienople, Badgerlore and "Visions / Voices" by Felicia Atkinson could pass if we are talking about the dreamy part of their music. As for the more terrifying, or even ritualistic drones, try Preterite - "Pillar of Winds" is amazing. Actually NSB's discography is so huge, You can just explore their sound for ages, without the need for similar stuff :+]
