Oh, tragic that you have such a mp3player now :-( We will miss your scrobbles... The Chinese artists you mention are great (you could also check out Teresa Teng, Na Ying,...). Japanese: Rurutia is still always nice to listen to :-) ... Chinese music is easy to listen to (melodious, ...), unfortunately that's also what I get most recommended to by spotify and lastfm :-( I have to search specifically for other music myself, but you know how it is...one gets lazy

yeah I'm with you on that i wished they played everything off ecailles de lune and souvenirs but their setlist was pretty good with the new songs. hopefully they'll visit you, i wouldn't miss them for the world since they're phenomenal live!

yeah they toured supporting anathema. they were fucking phenomenal i just thought they should have swapped some songs for others but otherwise it was perfectly played and mixed!

Hey! I don't know a lot about japanese music myself, but I really like Etsuko Yakushimaru, also Usotsuki Barbie, Capsule and School Food Punishment as well. From there on I mostly listen to anime OP/ED or soundtracks because I'm a huge weeabo... By seeing your wide collection I can tell you probably know way more than I do haha.

J'ai pas mal écouté depuis quelque temps et c'est vrai que sur les quatre albums, si je devais choisir mon préféré, ce serait sans aucun doute Midnight Boom. A côté de ça, je trouve qu'il y a d'autres bonnes chansons sur les autres albums. Après, c'est vrai que je peux comprendre qu'on n'accroche pas trop mais j'aime vraiment bien... :)

Concernant Wire, je te conseille surtout les trois premiers albums, une trilogie géniale qui condense à peu près tout ce qu'il y a eu d'intéressant au niveau punk et post punk plus les débuts de l'electro/ambient...perso j 'aime trop ! ^^ Chairs Missing étant le must à mon avis. Après, ce qu'ils ont fait par la suite dans les 80's et maintenant, c'est vrai que c'est un peu plus spécial ! j'ai aussi un peu du mal à accrocher à tout ce qu'ils ont fait. Mais je suis vraiment fan de leurs débuts...

Bon sinon j'espère que tu ais du genre a écouter de la musique mélancolique parcque c'est surtout ce que j'écoute en ce moment, un ami m'a fait découvrir le chanteur The Tallest Man on Earth et plus précisement la chanson "like the weel" que j'adore. j'aime bcp également celle d'Eliott Smith "Going Nowhere" absolument sublime,jte conseil ensuite une chanson de I call shotgun le titre est "all this time" et enfin une chanson de lisa hannigan et damien rice qui s'intitule "your ghost", elle me donne des frissons a chaque fois que je l'écoute. Allé une dernière pr la route celle du groupe the XX "infinity" vraiment belle!! bon tu mdiras ce que tu en auras pensé :)
