Hello! long time no see, glad to hear you liked it! there are some really good songs on there and some that id skip over but overall it is a great album ! PERSONALLY id say thats the same for most squeeze albums, the only 10/10 album in my opinion where every song is amazing would be the Cool For Cats album! but thats just my personal opinion :) (East Side Story has 3 of my favourite songs of all time on it so im looking forward to hearing your opinion on the album!)

Yes i was very lucky, not only did i see ELO shows my friends and me saw many other artists live in our teens though to our early 20s, fantastic memories. The ELO show we saw in 1981 at Birmingham IA we got a special treat, just before the lights went down a large section of the crowd started clapping, we looked around and Roy Wood and his entourage were in attendance, rare treat.

Jeff doing only USA dates this year, has you probably know. I saw Jeff Lynne's ELO just before lock down at Manchester Arena, great show, great lights, great sound, but was disappointed the only songs they did were chart singles, and they didn't include not one track from ' Time ' . What country are you in?

I think he'll do some dates in UK next year, maybe a farewell tour, that would be a nice end to his live show career, keep our fingers crossed.

for getting into them, id say avoid all their album past 1987, but some of their best albums are Cool for Cats, Argybargy and East Side Story... Song wise some id recommend are Slap and Tickle, Hourglass, Is That Love?. Let me know how you find them :)

its crazy how much people brush over secret messages and label it as ELO's worst album... in my opinion it may well be their best [how could you tell i love secret messages!] great to see someone who shares that opinion :p

Id say listen to Sheet Music and Deceptive Bends :) Sheet Music is the best for showing off all of their music styles along with all 4 vocalists on the tracks! Deceptive Bends shows how the group sounded after their split ( i would have said Ten out of 10 as its my favouite by them but not best for getting into them)
