You bet it was, I was even at the show last night in Columbia and while it was a little bit of a drag because the show was 1) outside the Blue Note, therefore we got light rain on us for about over half an hour (it wasn't a big deal, but who likes getting rained on really?) 2) the people in Columbia were not as personal space friendly as Stl...I was shocked how when people actually were in the pit area at the Pageant, nobody really pushed each other and knew that they were just going to have to stay put. Don't know how it was where you were. People in Columbia were extremely fat and trying to push me out of my spot. 3) It was the exact same setlist..which isn't a big deal...but I would've loved to have seen at least one song get substitued just for kicks. Oh well. It was a great Flaming Lips weekend. I have the same shirt you do as well by the way!

Ah, I see you were at that life-changing show at the Pageant Friday. It was amazing and surprisingly my first time seeing them. I got into them late 2006-early 2007 and last time they were in town I was 20...it was a 21 and up show. Just my luck. Were you front row at all? It was quite fantastic to shake Wayne's hand...both hands actually. During "Silver Announcement" he saw me screaming and shaking my fists in excitement..he looked pretty tickled shook his fists in the air with me and extended both hands and it was awesome. Every one around me patted me on the back and was like "that's awesome for you dude". Simply the best show I've probably ever seen...
