An FLV is basically the file extension for any internet recorded video... (FLV stands for Flash Video), I'm currently uploading it for someone else as well, so I'll send it to you as well. Also, to play FLV's just search on google, or you can download VLC Media Player (plays virtually ANY type of media file) or FLV Player.. I suggest the former.
