In contrast to your cool hippety-hop that you're listening to right now, can I recommend Tunng? Really good folky band; don't be put off by the 'folktronica' label by which I've seen them described...

Have you been watching the Elvis stuff on bbc4? Awesomeness they were. I got quite a bit emo watching them.

Last track - Britney Spears, don't let me be the last to know. You do make me laugh.

lol nice to see that after years of posting and sharing amazing songs your influence on .org is still holding strong :P will check the album out

Yeah, Jazmine Sullivan's first album was out out in '08. Check out the the thread on .org with zero posts: http://www.network54.com/Forum/188020/thread/1223943207/Album+of+the+year-+Jazmine+Sullivan+-+Fearless Best album i've heard for ages - stunning talent. Will check out the Moz - ta!

aha, i have :) was gonna call you up on that actually...check the piano bit on moz's new single 'im throwing my arms around paris'...sounds loads like 'pretty ballerina' dontcha think?! i quite liked the judee still and jazmine sullivan stuff...is jazmine new?

Your top artists is all mental is the problem! Randy Newman/Notorious BIG/Neil Diamond/Nas?!

I can't make sense of your listening habits

Hi tom, good to see Gimme Shelter still in the top tunes! But no *hushed tones* vines in the playlist? whats wrong, you become one of da haterz?! I hope all is well. :)

Where the hell is Rialto on this list young man? There's far too many credible artists on this list; what you need to be listening to is disposable, forgettable twee indie pop music. I feel a mixtape coming on...

You were quite pissed when I made you do it...! Seriously, it's a great album.

Get that AC Newman album listened to, bitch!

Actually can we say 6.45? Salford Van opens at 7 so want to be there and get it done and get back to Matlock asap. Will give you buzz later! And probably in the morning to check you're awake...

have you listened to jedi mind tricks yet? and yay for Saul Williams!

I'd just like to say that I'm very impressed by the comment below avoiding the obvious innuendo... Still OK for Thurs am?

also, nice cat.

you know how you're like ALWAYS hassling me about how you want to listen to contact mo ALL DAY, for like FOREVER, and how you want to leave messages in our shoutbox and all that, well you can stop bothering me now and just go and download them for FREE... http://www.last.fm/music/contact+mo

I love Dusty in Memphis too...does this make me one of those gays you read about?

good weekly chart Tom. Also, I'm impressed that you listen to so much Neil Diamond. I SO want to see him when he tours here!!

I was just about to write you a post recommending the new Kevin Ayers album, then saw you'd got it already. Bloody lovely it is. Will start to be in Manch a bit more from next week, we'll have to catch up then; fact that I'm currently on crutches following a badminton incident means I'm currently not very mobile, though... hope you're good.

Where did you get the Gideon track from...?

Bit of Stephen Duffy eh... been meaning to check out the Lilac Time stuff for years. I quite like his britpop-era album under the name 'Duffy', couple of good singles off that I remember.

Nowt better than a furious wank

Get it sorted here and agree my friend request, bitch!

If you feel like givin' me a lifetime of devotion, I second that emotion.
