digging your mars volta plays!

They only have Cataclysm (which is like 5 or 6 songs, i forget) and then "The Awakening" or something, which is 3 songs. In my opinion, The Awakening is their best stuff. I have killed that EP so much. Well, the way I look at it is, tmv is like latin-rock + jazz, and atlas is like latin-rock + metal. I'm pretty excited to see who the new drummer is, but i'll miss pridgey, I noticed something was off with him when I saw them play a few weeks ago. I'm from Nova Scotia.

Thanks I'll check it out! yeah I know some people who when they first heard it thought it was leaked tmv. and I showed it to a friend and he showed it to a fellow tmv lova saying it was an old non released demo but he instantly called bullshit. There are similarities not just in the voice..like the effect pedals but idk I don't hate them. I also feel bad for them gettin trash talked. Did they just have those 6 songs? I want moree. so you excited to see who the next tmv drummer is? also where in cananandaland r u from? I have a buddy in Guelph

what are your thoughts on atlas of id? I'm curious. I hate that I love it..but I just do.

Indeed it is. You Canadian bastard. ;P

Figures. I am, for the first time ever, going completely ignorant to the contents of that album until it releases. Unless Goliath is sprung upon me on the radio, but that is very unlikely. I'll take your word for it that those tracks are good, though. That's good news.

Oy, what are you doing with those 3 TMV tracks?
