Greetings from Russia, Sakhalin island! I don't know why really, but I am somehow drawn to Insomnium's music. Maybe that's because of the peculiar gloomy atmosphere that's present in their music coupled with sad, thought-provoking lyrics which I immensely enjoy. I'm quite familiar with the genre too and I also think some of their songs are among the greatest in melodeath genre. Btw, I must admit the Finnish metal is my favourite :)

Laitahan kuunteluun sellanen orkesteri ku Havukruunu ellei oo jo tuttu. Melkee meni aamupuurot väärään kurkkuun. Kovaa suomenkielistä ja synkeää settiä!

Oho :) Itellä onki sellanen keikkaristeily vielä kokematta. Ainakin tuommoisella pienemmällä laivalla. Varmaan vähän parempi tunnelmakin sellasella. Kiva ois itekin nähdä nuo taas livenä jossain vaiheessa. Iski yhtä hyvin, ellei jopa paremmin ku Moonsorrow'n uutukainen.

Nonni, sitä kelpaa juhlistaa! :D Miun metallin kuuntelu tais lähteä siitä, ku ensimmäisen kerran ku kuulin Painin - "Shut Your Mouth", kelasin, et nyt on asenne kohdillaan. Suuri tekijä saattaa kyl olla, et miul on 2 isoveljeä, jotka kuuntelee metallia. Ollaan kyl kallistuttu ajan mittaan vähä eri genreihin, mut metallia yhtä kaikki. :D

I didn't know they had a new album coming out, I just listened to their new song "in my sword i trust" and it sounds pretty good. Now I'm getting excited lol, but I can't wait for Wintersun's album in October, at least I'll be able to hear some new Ensiferum for a bit until Wintersun's new album comes. Love them both, but can't quite decide which I like better. :P

Terve!, Kokeileppas ihmeessä Tampereelta kotosin olevaa yhtyettä Mekanism jos et ole vielä testannu , kovaa settiä, valitettavan huonosti tunnettu!

Joo sä oletkin jo toinen, joka mulle vinkkaa sitä bändiä :) Toinen Last.fm naapuri vihjaisi tossa muutama kuukausi sitten just tosta Brymiristä. Kyl mä sitä muistaakseni kuuntelinkin jonku verran, mutta ei sillon syystä tai toisesta lähteny aktiivikuunteluun. Pitänee palata senkin pariin uudemman kerran.

Joo ihan pätevältä kuulostaa tuo Finsterforst, kiitos vaan vinkistä :) Tuli ainaki noiden sample-pätkien perusteella mieleen Moonsorrow, jossa on häivähdys Korpiklaania. Varmaan tulee tutustuttua tarkemmin.

Kannattaa muuten tsekata sellanen bändi ku Coffincraft. Joensuulainen death metal rähinäremmi. Tuli käytyä parilla niiden keikalla, koska kaveri soittaa tänhetkisessä kokoonpanossa. Julkaisivat just toisen EP:nsä nimellä "Shockwave of Truth" ja ovat tehneet kyllä vakuuttavaa jälkeä. Kuulostaa hyvältä niin levyllä ku keikoillaki. http://www.last.fm/music/Coffincraft

I like Moonsorrow also and I love their song Tahdeton......Have you heard Eluveitie's song A Rose For Epona? I love that song..

I can't believe you saw Swallow The Sun Live.....wow . I have seen alot of bands Live and they are one band I would die to see and also Wintersun. I love Jari and stil waiting for their new album that is suppose to come out....I see you are going to see Inflames in May, almost saw them this past summer when I went to Mayhem Festival but they cancelled at the last minute due to family sickness , I was really disappointed.....The most awesome bands come from Finland....Do you listen to Dark Tranquility?

Still good to see you know quite a bit about the nhl. I have been trying to watch as much as the world's as possible but my work schedule hasn't let me watch as much as I would like. It's always a fun tournament to watch. So are you going to any metal concerts/festivals in the near future?

Ah, someone who knows hockey, I like that! San Jose is my team, have been since they come into the league. Really hoping Niemi can lead us to a cup much like he did with the Chicago last year. So you're a Blackhawks fan huh? That's cool! They have had a really good team the last few years and they come very close to beating Vancouver for a third year in a row. So do you get to see alot of nhl hockey on tv in Finland?

I bet it's great living in Finland where metal is much bigger and more common than here in Canada. I have been to a few shows but not nearly as many I would have like to go to. I think Finland is quite similar to Canada and have always hoped one day to visit there. I am a huge fan of hockey. NHL playoffs are going on right now and we have a Finnish goalie backing my favorite team!
