I know the feeling of wanting to come back to where you belong, that means, own homeland. In my case, I could say I like and respect Finland with all its goods and bads, however, I still do not feel like I could call it ''home''. When it comes to the finnish people metal taste, I agree they like a lot of rap, and I would add also reggae. Actually they like a lot whatever plays in Radio Rock :P . I do not think heavy metal is very famous here...what is famous is the few songs they play in Radio Rock and call it ''metal'' :D I am a big fan of heavy metal myself, but I only like 80s heavy metal ! I love your country, but music lately has not been their strong here...but so I think it has been strong nowhere in this world nowadays. No one is really listening to real good music nowadays, because in my opinion musicians nowadays do not make music like before (like in the 80s and beggining of 90s).

Hello little friend ! I am really pround of you for liking so many wonderful bands in such a young age ! It reminds quite a lot of my ownself when I was your age :D . You listen to things that for sure someone your age would not without being influenced by someone older. How old is your mom? I assume she might be quite young ! Are you enjoying living in Sweden? I started to like 80s and hard-rock with my oldest and only brother, whois 11 years older than I am. I used to listen to the things he listened, and at his ''teenagerhood'' times it was in ''fashion'' hard rock bands. That means, I started to listen to good music as a child because of him. I like Toto a lot, but my favorite bands are Europe, Survivor, Foreigner and Whitesnake (well, I can tell you one more thousand I love, but those are very important ones). I have never heard about that festival in England you've talked about, do you have their website so then I could check it out?

I think Sweden might be a great country when it comes to festivals (the line ups of the festivals there pleases me much more than the finnish festivals ones) , in special because hard-rock seems to be much stronger there. Have you seen the line up of Sweden Rock this year? You should definately check it out. By the way, do you know any hard-rock festival in Finland? (not counting Michael Monroe) I know Toto has played here, such a shame I got to know about it too late. What are you doing in Sweden? I speak a bit of Finnish, but not fluently. I live here because my husband is Finnish and we choose to ''try'' Finland for a while...but now we are planning to move back to Brazil (maybe next year). It is really a shame you do not live here, because I really would like to make friends with the same musical taste as mine ! So far I have not found anyone that likes the same kind of music as me here !
