Mr Field! To my shame, it is indeed my own podcast that I listen to every now and again! It isn't strictly for vanity's sake as you get a very different feel listening to the finished product than you do during the editing process, which is a torturous process of monotony and pain!

Heh, good plan! If you can't use megaupload then can you use myspace music player? Click on my myspace link on my last.fm profile, almost all of the bands listed under music I like are in my friends list, you can download some of their stuff from their myspaces - From the Sky, Yndi Halda, pg.lost are perhaps more listener friendly!

The only drawback is you have to wait for 100 more songs to be played until you can delete them, which means potentially having embarrassing music played by other people at no. 5 in one's chart... :/

Actually I never cheat either, although I do delete the tracks my wife listens to when I'm not about! This week she managed to get Les Miserables to no. 5 in my chart, I know just what to do with that...don't think of it as cheating because I didn't listen to it! ;)

I know! Can I recommend Agli E Olio EP by the Beastie Boys as an excellent way of boosting the song count, 8 songs in 11 minutes, put on repeat a few times...not done that myself but desperate times call for desperate measures...

You might want to join the After The Post Rock group, it's by far the best! Especially the megaupload thread... :)
