I don't really know about his most depressing album - he described his first album, the self-titled Elliott Smith as being his most dark... but he died while making From a Basement on a Hill... so, that's probably the most depressing in my opinion, especially the song King's Crossing. dito! well my mother is a very religious person and so i know alot about all those nuns and saints - hildegard simply gives me headaches because whenever she feels bad or something happens that she kinda dislikes she passes out and receives "visions" - oh so holy! Its simply what she wants.. and then again, i don't believe in any of that crap so i don't really know why i bother :D

i love the hildegard-von-bingen-part simply because i hate that woman :DD maybe i'll make it to his next concert in Hamburg.. uh you should check out the band "oma hans" !
