Wow seeing Talib Kweli like that must have been cool, hope you got a pic or had a chance to say a few words :) Q-tip I have seen live and that was good cos he did both his own stuff and some ATCQ - only let down was the soundsystem wasn't too great at all. If you get the chance see the Roots live they are brilliant. Their shows are really memorable and create a great atmosphere. Do you like Jay Electronica he has just come to the uk for the first time this year and his show in ldn was supposed to be good. I have heard of Ty before but can't remember any of his music - will have to check it out.
