being translator "live", i never even tried to use things like Promt or other stuff of this kind. I guess it is great loss of meaning. So, it would be much useful to translate something with my humble knowlege. For me it is good way to study new language, in the beginning.

Hey, ich habe mir gerade das „Hamburg Concert“ Album vom Moscow Art Trio angehört, eine wirklich gelungene Melange aus Jazz, Klassik und Folk, danke für die Empfehlung! Am besten gefallen haben mir die mehr minimalistischen Lieder und Passagen, wobei der Rest auch klasse ist. Leider ist es mir noch nicht gelungen „Mountain Tale“ zu finden, aber werde mir wahrscheinlich demnächst die CD bei Amazon bestellen, so lange sie dort nicht auch schon ausverkauft ist. Nach dem was ich bisher davon bei youtube und co gehört habe würde ich es jedenfalls nicht bereuen! (:

Hi Affe, I listen to "Musick To Play In The Dark" sometimes. I think it's a really unique album, expressing a very dark part of our subconsious.. With some really interesting stylistic devices. Yeah, I was pretty sure you wouldn't like Diana Krall.. It's very subtle music and maybe more for jazz fans. I've also become a great fan of Frank Sinatra..! Most beautiful voice ever IMO. About your fathers guitar, just bring it along. Why does he want to know if it still works, wants to sell it? Is it the Fender? If so and it's a good one I'll have a hard time letting it go ;) But fortunately I don't have any money!

Ja, du hast Recht, ich muss wirklich mal wieder in das Darkjazz Ensemble rein hören. Habe die s/t sehr oft gehört bevor ich hier bei lastfm angemeldet war, vielleicht etwas zu oft so dass ich etwas 'übersättigt' war mit deren Musik. Aber alle anderen späteren Alben kenne ich noch gar nicht, werde ich demnächst auf jeden Fall nachholen, sobald ich in Stimmung dazu bin. Moscow Art Trio sagt mir jetzt auch erstmal gar nichts, aber "folklore, jazz, blues, contemporary and classical music" hört sich schon interessant an, danke für den Tipp! Würde dir bei der Gelegenheit gerne [artist]Kruzenshtern & Parohod [/artist] und [artist] Kusudama [/artist] als Empfehlung da lassen, habe ich beide auch erst vor kurzem entdeckt und glaube sie könnten dir ebenfalls gefallen!

Did you hear the details in the first part? For example the wah-wah-guitar in the background at 1:14.That's what I like about it.. Also think it would sound better if I got it more transparent sounding.. But I'm actually quite happy with the sound, as I have nearly no recording equipment ;) (not even studio headphones) and this is my 4th recording. My favorit thing about this song too is the break at 2:33.. I didn't write that down before, I just heard it in my ears while recording. :) Do you like Diana Krall? I LOVE her.

Heh, I was actually born with sixth fingers on both my hands although no one knows how it looked like, cause they were cut off right after my birth. I'm not kidding, I still have little scars on my hands. And I'm really proud of them :) Guess I should be: somehow_a_freak_of_a_nature... nah, too long :) Turning on my pc first thing in the morning and turning it off right before going to sleep is what really makes me a nerd :) Music fanatic, anime fan, internet addict - that's my characteristicts :) What about you?
