I actually started with Tobacco before I even listened to many BMSR albums. He's a lot more noisy than BMSR itself. For him, I'd say just pick a random album. For the band itself, Eating Us. I adore Eating Us, Dark Bubbles in particular.

According to K.R.I.T., Live From The Underground is more of a re-introduction than a step forward. He was trying to use his newly appointed Def Jam status to show the wider spectrum what he was all about. I was mad at first, but it really is a good album.

Implant is probably a good place to start

Not the most popular opinion, but 4Eva N A Day is the one that I enjoy the most, though Live From The Underground has really been growing on me lately.
