Depends on how much you like 90s rock. Check out some of their singles, and give the album "Crooked Rain, Crooked Rain" a listen. Definitely their most accessible. If you're into that, then give the discography a run - it's ridiculously consistent.

Dunno man, I've only listened to three albums. I'd guess Yoshimi Battles The Pink Robots - it's fiercely popular, extremely accessible, and generally just really fun. If you like that, check out Soft Bulletin. It's my current favorite.
