But also, this is coming from someone who OVERKILLED Aim and Ignite earlier this year, so don't listen to me haha. They did a really good cover of Fleetwood Mac's Landslide. I reviewed it in my most recent journal/the last.fm event page if you wanna check it out. I kept the screaming girl ranting to a minimum since I'm trying to stay professional and what not :P But really, all 4 artists are great performers. There was probably more dancing at Fun than Jimmy Eat World which woulda been the major alternative show that night and both were sold out, so what were you gonna do? Oh, wait, there were a bunch of parties and events and stuff. This weekend was epicccccc.

haha nice...i thought it was just okay to be honest. of montreal was a fucking blast, so that was the highlight of my weekend. fun put on a great show, but i felt really old....and i'm just 22, mind you. i was kinda surrounded by screaming teenage girls. of montreal= dancing weirdos in costumes= a little more my speed, haha

That's funny, my friend had me try a sip of his energy drink and I said it would be better with vodka. Moshing at a Holy Fuck show? Weird! Ah, it's probably good that I left. I've been having headache probs lately. Did any more ppl show? I was expecting it to be packed. Sail Inn is really cool. I'm not sure if I'm gonna go, this week is pretty crazy. If I put my mind to it, I could go to a show every night for at least 10 days in a row, and I'm definitely going to Vegas this weekend for Interpol, so we'll see.

I saw Owen Pallett live this summer. It was an outdoor show and the sound guy was a dick, and Owen didn't have any monitors. He spent the whole show bitching about it, even though he sounded amazing. Then half way through the last song he just stopped and said, "Fuck this I'm sorry the Billy Talent shirt wearing motherfucker won't give me any monitors so I guess I can't play this song." and left the stage in tears. It was fucking incredible. Also at the same show someone his Stephen Malkmus with a beer. It was pretty great. (BTW: Owen Pallett is fucking too hot for words, amirite)
