Hey! I've recently discovered Hollie Cook and that kind of reggae/dub, and I have no idea what to look for next! I'd really like to find something similar, but last.fm's "similar artists" aren't very similar (female vocalists would be preferable). Could You help me out with some advice? :3

I use this website mainly now for my music listening and discovering of new material/bands. I've also used youtube but I never listen to the radio anymore, there are a few online ones I should probably check out a few radio stations that play more specialised genres which fit my taste but I just always forget or just usually stick with this site, its done well for me so far :)

Nothing wrong with those genres back then, those people sang with heart and meaning about real life problems, not just how much money they have or what they've spent it on or how many guns they got etc haha...its not like the average person can relate to that really is it? I love some of the old motown stuff, such beautiful melodies and soul, too many singers rely on autotune these days. Happy stalking ;) haha

I cannot believe within the space of a few messages you are calling me a stalker, are you always this nice to people you meet? :P haha. Unfortunately most of the people near me are too influenced by american hip hop or drum and bass and also that annoying genre called dub step which I do not understand?? haha

You're welcome and yes its always great to meet other like-minded music brains on here :). I have unfortunately not seen them live nor many bands to be honest, I struggle to find people near to where I live that like similar music to myself and I'm too scared to go see bands on my own haha but shhhh, you didn't hear that from me ;) haha so I only get to meet people with similar music taste on here, which is a great relief! :D
