no no, you misunderstand: i like the flashbulb, and have done since his earliest material. what i am questioning is why everybody is _so_ excited about this latest release; it seems pretty insignificant, in the grand scheme of things. perhaps the 'grand scheme' is more so what the veterans over at xltronic look to in their discussions - i don't know, i haven't posted there in a long while. it's a new genre to you, yes, certainly, and that's why i look at the 'god status of the flashbulb with a sort of baffled amusement. it's not about people not liking what i like: it's more to do with not understanding why people acclaim average music. do they not know the genre well enough, or what?
