Beck's songs are the best part of the soundtrack, although the songs Broken Social Scene wrote for Crash and The Boys are pretty great too. Put it this way: When T. Rex is the worst part of your soundtrack, you're probably on to something good.

Yeah, its a three-disc set called Orphans. I really like it. Each disc encompasses one of waits's fields of expertise, one devoted to his blues, on to more upbeat jazz, and one that is totally experimental in a tom waits fashion. I really enjoy it. I'll start sproggling it.

Hey again- Have you heard the new release from Tom Waits? Might just be right up your alley. I figure the love of Nick Cave and Warren Zevon has to carry over to provide some enjoyment from that genius.
