Removing U2 Fan Club Releases, you are only talking about: Songs of Experience, Innocence and No Line on the Horizon. - On my opinion No Line on the Horizon was just a contribution album that opened the door to the 360° Tour, half of the songs were written or were ideas from other artist, I'm just a big fan of Magnificent, I'll Go Crazy If... and Breathe. - Songs of Innocence was the big elephant in the room when they gave it for free on iTunes, but was a new taste for everyone, every song is surprisingly different, I truly like it. - Songs of Experience is my Top 1, specially Love is Bigger Than... I know that Bono wanted to make an Album that had letters for everyone, like family, friends, fans and even for himself, for me is where U2 has shined at most for beautiful songs, they lost a little spark of Rock since Vertigo, but at this point I think they can still make everyone sing their songs no matter what.
