Feindflug used to be signed with VAWS, a well-known right-wing record label. Once VAWS admitted to being such, Feindflug left and made several statements about being anti-fascist. I don't remember which of their albums it is, but one of them has each song referencing a war. I mostly enjoy the fact that there are no lyrics whatsoever. Nachtmahr, on the other hand, I cannot stand. Also, Yade isn't that popular in the scene. At least not the scene I've witnessed, probably because Germans are ultra paranoid about accepting the wrong sort of shit into their clubs...

Do you know Yade personally? Because Nazi or not, his attire is entirely tasteless and disrespectful. As for not referencing Naziism, have you listened to "Total War"? Because if that's not a reference, I don't know what is. Don't get me wrong, I used to listen to "industrial" quite a lot and there is plenty of right-wing crap out there. As Yade provides very little information about himself or his music, we are left with what we can see and hear. I don't care if you're irritated by my opinion or not - it's my opinion and I refuse to listen to it, even if I sound rude by saying so.

Not in next days as I just finished a record and two vids + I'm still working on Potemkin. After a while we can try. I'd like to make something as a duo bass+drums, and seems to me you play drums.

I think we should plan this project a bit... I could make some documentary pieces about some of the projects I'm part of, and I could probably get people like Trädgårdstomtarna involved too (they live not so far from me) and as founder of the group I could talk a bit about the origin of Apskaft and so on. But I think it would be better if someone else than me edited the whole thing... video editing isn't really my thing, I mean it seems fun and all but I have too little experience with it and I'd probably just fuck it up. I believe Hoxerijo is a skilled video editor though.

sure, will do, but I'll have to find my camera first, so I'm not sure when i'll be able to send you the pic... the mp3-file I sent you of the remix has a bitrate of 128 kb/s, so it can be uploaded to last.fm, but for bandcamp you'l need a wav-file. Drop me a line when you're ready to upload the tracks to bandcamp, and I'll hook you up with the wav :) btw, the pictures you're collecting of the remixers, are you going to make a booklet of some sort? Just curious :)

The hardest thing with a remix is to capture that same spirit of the original, the other option is to go way in left field and do it your own way. You did both which is the third and hardest way to remix someone else.

I am really blown away. That is a marvelous remix.
