Thanks Sheepster. I appreciate any song you think I'll like, whether I do or not. :). That song was good. I'm gonna give the new Maiden album a listen for the first time in a few minutes. Have you heard it yet? I've had this song stuck in my head for a week. I'm sure you're already very familiar with it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1SBkppkWYFc

So whats up Troy, how ya been? Did you know Trey (Pretty_Noose) is going to take HRR down at the end of the year? Of course, she may change her mind....but that was the last I heard. I don't go there as much as I used to, I really don't have the time. Also, it doesn't seem like anybody is reading anything I post anyways, so sad...I loved that place. =( Anyways, looking at your recently played, looks like your listening to some classic stuff and prog as usual....I can offer some suggestions in the stoner, heavy blues rock and heavy psych/doom genres, if you want 'em. Lemme know, okie?

YW :). Yeah, I'm eagerly awaiting Maiden's new album. I enjoyed the Final Frontier, and it's somewhat like that one, I think that I'll like the new one as well

Baaaa.... happy birthday Sheepster. :).... I just not realized that I never answered your shout. Honestly, Fluff and Who are you? were the ones that I'd give a positive rating.

True. I never could get into Sabbath Bloody Sabbath, and I haven't heard Never Say Die yet, though.

It's pretty good. Not as good as the first 3 with Ozzy or the first 2 with Dio, but still great.

Well, that's good. I never got into post rock much. I've been too busy with the Eagles to care about finding new stuff. My top 6 Eagles songs: 6. Heartache Tonight 5. In the City 4. Already Gone 3. Hotel California 2. Life in the Fast Lane 1. Outlaw Man.

I've been doing ok. How about yourself? Glad that you got the scrobbler working again. Well, you can be somewhat happy. I am no longer obsessed with Bad Company. It's now the Eagles and Glenn Frey. (Hooray, right? :p)

Hey there Troy, sorry I am late with a reply...for some reason I didn't get a notification. :/ But thanks for the message and I hope you had a nice Easter also. Let me know how you're doing sometime, it would be nice to hear what you have been up to....are you in school, working or still adding to your growing music collection? I am doing good, just working out of town at the moment, so I don't get a lot of free time but I still manage to check in over at HRR, FB and BC for the latest news and album releases. Lately I've been searching for blues, like singer/songwriter blues guys...electric blues, blues rock guitarists etc.....but of course I still love my heavy blues and stoner/doom as always. \\m/

:). The main non music thing (well person) I'm into at the moment is Jeff Dunham ( ventriloquist / comedian). I've fallen in love with him and his puppets. Here's my collection if you want to look: https://rateyourmusic.com/collection/motormouth16/visual,n500,oo

Happy (belated) Easter to you. I've been ok, really working on my music collection (it's over 800 cds/records/cassettes/dvds). I've been trying to find other things to do, but I've been coming up. I reckon I'm too lazy lol. How are you?

Soundtracks, hmm... I never got into those much (apart from the Dazed and Confused soundtrack). I've been getting into metalcore somewhat. I've spent the last 2 days watching a 5 hour movie(Gods and Generals) then watching it with the commentary on.

What? I'm shocked. Sure, it's a bit poppy, but still worthy of 3.5-4.0 stars, imo.

Yeah, it sucks. I actually ended up in the ER Monday night because I threw up 5 times in an hour. Genesis Where The Sour Turns To Sweet: http://youtu.be/3ZclM2jZn8M. Ever heard Genesis' s debut album?

Ah, I was wondering if you were selling any cds I might want. Yeah, this is the 5th time I've had bronchitis, and it's the worst case I've had. My doctor actually prescribed me an inhaler. Thanks :). I should be adding more tomorrow with my birthday money.

Whatcha selling? I'm sick with bronchitis :/. I haven't heard much new music, except Genesis's debut album. I picked it up used for $4 on cd. A 4 star album. My collection is up to over 500: https://rateyourmusic.com/collection/motormouth16/visual,n500,oo

I understand your problem. Once I get my driver's license, my mom and I will be sharing one car. I don't have the willpower or concentration required for online courses. I don't know what college I want to go to.(2 or 4 year). I've done some research myself and I think that going to a 2 year college then transferring to a state school will be best. I know that I want something along the lines of a museum curator or a historical researcher. I want a somewhat well paying job as well. I'm the one paying the bills right now, so I've learned the concept of money. I definitely know that I'll be moving out when I start college, somehow.

It has been. Most albums have been pretty good, with a few "what is the shit?/This is shit" reactions. On a totally different note, I've been approved to receive my dad's Social security because of my disability. I've also been looking to the ACT/SAT more. I'm probably gonna take both sometime in the latter part of Fall. Are you going to college this year?

My usual stuff(blues rock and hard rock), but I've decided to my RYM friends' top 1,000 albums a listen using the chart thing. Im about 300 albums in and it's been a mixture, ranging from Charles Mingus to Napalm Death, and everything in between, from folk rock to grindcore,

Hey Troy, how are ya doing? ;-) I think the new Mastodon is pretty good actually. Better than I thought it would be. Still waiting for Opeth, but the one song I heard was great...and I have no doubt I will love anything that they do. I already read a review of the entire album that said there is no death growls, or whateveryouwanttocallthem vocals...in other words, the nasty ones. SO it will be good. So whats new?

To me, Anderson is Yes(his voice, I mean). I've only listened to Yes's 70s/early 80s albums(I own 4 of them). It seems like alot of classic 70s bands are releasing albums this year, Nazareth, Yes, Uriah Heep etc.

Hey there Troy, its been a while! New music discoveries eh? Well these days I cant keep up with all the new music coming out, it's all sooooo good too. :p That is if you are digging hard rock/stoner rock and doom at all? The new Bloody Hammers, is excellent surpassing their last album. The new Radio Moscow is terrific, (check you inbox) the new album by The Lone Crows, brilliant. For some great heavy psych blues the new New Maha Sohona is really nice. The New Octaves is a cool jazz/psych fusion you may like. I have lots more where those came from if you like. :D
