Bounced over here from the link left in Pop Justice Intro thread and saw Lady Gaga - Applause. I agree ARTPOP is her worst album but you should at least do a fly through of the album and see if there's anything else you like too (unless you already have). Applause, Venus, and ARTPOP are really good. MANiCURE and Donatella are pretty good too. After that I couldn't get past 2-3 listens myself.

Haha no problem I was actually looking for the name of the Fifth Harmony song because I knew you posted it on my wall recently. When I couldn't find it, I knew something was weird and noticed you were off. I was worried you facebook got hacked or something LOL. Downloaded "Miss Movin' On" and love it.

So lately the passion to listen to music hasn't been there because I only have one good ear. So as you can imagine it sucks, hope to get back to my normal music listenign ways soon though. I sent that song to you the other day while giving 1 ear listening a try for an hour or so on Last.FM radio.

Yes you should listen to the album for sure. She isn;t one of my all-time favorites or anything so the album way split between songs I loved and ones I didn't care for. I haven;t been able to listen to much music lately because I've had ear issues. I had a cholesteatoma in my right ear and just had surgery on it about a week and a half ago. Now I have all this packing in it, so I currently cannot hear at all out of it. There was significant damage to my hearing in that ear because of this cholesteatoma but I won't know what permanent damage there is until I heal.

Hey no problema. I like Ellie's second album slightly better than her first actually. Hope you like :D Bridgit Mendler's album is spectacular throughout if you liked the song I posted on facebook. Getting Rihanna's and Kesha's albums for X-mas so I'm gonna wait those out till then (to give my parenst something to give me good for X-Mas figured I'd be nice). I have been adding alot of No Doubt's and Gwen Stefani's older collection lately, and now I'm going to be moving to Natasha bedingfield's next.

Check out the song "Had Me @ hello" by Olivia Holt if haven't already. This is like a command hehe, JK, but seriously the song is ridiculous. If you liek it I already bought the MP3 so no need, just let me know. I also downloaded "Halcyon" by Ellie Goulding and "Hello My Name Is" by Bridgit Mendler (her debut album) which you should also check out. Here is that song I started this post talking about: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oIIjjiR8Z5Q

Got some finds for you. Wanessa, some of her stuff is bleh, but this song freakin sticks...just wait till you hear 'You gotta zoom zoom zoom" for the first time you'll see what I mean: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F4rRHhpvgMM. Then there is really cool singer from the UK (where else?) so talented. I hope you like it, it's electropop, even know she does play with a band in the videos, it's 100& electro. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pj8122XxqDA

Started a radio station: sugarnspice.listen2myradio.com. I will be putting on facebook whenever I am going to be playing songs for a couple of hours, so if u happen to see one of those times, check it out. It's called Sugar-n-Spice because it's all female vocalist, pop-driven with a sprinkling of other genres.

Oh I thought I had put that part in my bad. Yeah we would post the youtube of the song on Facebook each day, starting at #100 or #50 whichever. I just think it'd be something fun to do if we both started on the same day. We could do 50, I'll start working on my list now too, just let me know when your list is ready and I'll do the same.

Now i realize this is metal. I just had to have you hear her voice once though, don't worry it's not typical metal, she is actually singing and beautifully at that. I'm really starting to find bands like this with awesome female singers lately. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8CNM2FSSrZY

Hey, got an idea don;t know if you'd be up for it. We could both come up with our list of our Top 100 songs of all-time. Like not based on what you like more right now, but more overall thing...I mean songs that are hot right now certainly will get their spots and everything. Anyways, once we have our lists, we both start posting the songs one-by-one with youtube videos accompanying them and maybe a little blurb about the song. Some of the songs probably won't be of interest to the other persons, but we'll sure know more than half of each other's lists, and there may be a song or two we dont; know that opens our eyes as it goes. We would start at #100 and post #99 the next day and so on... Let me know and I'll start getting a list together.

Oh yeah for Lights I sure checked out both of her albums and I love the song "Ice" it was actually one of her best. I liked most of what I heard from her. For DEV, I think you'd like some her stuff. She has a some songs that really highlight how catchy her music can be or how beautiful her voice is, but some where just raps. This is a song from her first EP Called "Booty Bounce". The whole EP is hard to find I found it at the old Happy House (which has since been replaced) This song "Monster" is awesome http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E781TzgY-1o and here's a really good one from her full album where her voice is stellar called "Perfect Match" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xvpy7EGbF8c , enjoy. :D

"Forever is Over" has always been there and I love it, it's actually one my favorites. There is no real trend to what songs I like and what I don't like in pop music I have come to find, it really goes from song to song on whether I like it. You'd be happy to know I just recently downloaded their new album, haven't had the chance to listen but I will let you know what songs got added to the collection, did listen to the sampler of it on youtube and alot of it sounded great!

YES, "Together" is definitely my favorite song from such an awesome album, I find "Take Me Away" from this album is very similar styled song so you may want to check it out too. Yes, the Bella Thorne song is like her 'coming out' song, probably the first of many like "Freak the Freak Out" was for Victoria.

Add "How Does it Feel", and "Anything But Ordinary" and "Fall to Pieces" to that list: Her first album [Let Go] is very pop-rock-punk style but I picked her softer songs out from that one, but other songs are very alternative almost...second album [Under My Skin] has a few edgy rock-pop songs but alot more of the beautifully written personal songs....third album [The Best Damn Thing] is almost wall-to-wall upbeat pop-rock-punky songs...and her latest album [Goodbye Lullaby] is alot like [Under My Skin] after "What the Hell" very good song writing with those two albums.

Avril favorites: "Keep Holding On", "When You're Gone", "Things I'll Never Say", "I'm With You", "Together", "Innocence", "Wish You Were Here" "Hot", "Complicated", "Girlfriend", "My Happy Ending", "The Best Damn Thing", "Fall to Pieces", "Stop Standing There" if you aren't convinced after youtubing that list you won't ever like her.

I hated A GIRL LIKE ME except for the song "SOS". The second album GOOD GIRL GONE BAD has a alot of goodies like "Don't Stop the Music", "Shut Up and Drive", "Rehab" and especially "Disturbia" and "Take a Bow". Now I know there's going to be alot more when I do get to the last couple albums because I know the direction of her music went more dance-pop as she went along. :D
