Perdition City as you are now, Blood Inside and Shadows of The Sun. Bergtatt is great black metal. Arcturus are more metallic, I suppose the closest Ulver record to anything they've made is Themes From William Blake's A Marriage of Heaven and Hell.

Their vocals aren't really the best but i like them. I find them going well with the music. Their lyrics are interesting too, check them out if you can. The first song on the album is based on Cormac McCarthy's 'The Road'.

As individual songs go, 'Troublemaker' is perhaps one of their best songs at all - from I, Vigilante of course. The lyrics for the album are online as well, a welcome rarity.

Ressurectionists has a couple of good unique songs but is an odd mix of other album songs, it's worth a listen. I, Vigilante is far more concise than their other albums, which tend to drift a little, but is arguably their best album.
