Start with the El Camino, Brothers, Rubber Factory and Thickfreakness. These are the best ones, but they have nothing to do with Metallica which I of course love to listen. Nevetheless i like to listen to The Black Keys to get some "raw" material. they are kind a blousy but in the rock way! Pretty interesting band. And there is only two memebers;) Have a nice listening!

I can understand why you feel that way. I didn't like anything on that album at all except for In The Kingdom #19. Then one day Tom Violence started playing in my head and I decided to give the album another chance. It's been one of my favorites since. Give it another chance in a few months maybe.

Yeah, a friend told me to listen to Goo sometime last year and I've been hooked since. And sure :)

He's my favourite musician of all time. His albums really vary in sound from one to another. These would be a great start (note that each album has a different sound, so don't judge from one or two): 'Accelerated Evolution' by The Devin Townsend Band, 'Terria' by Devin Townsend, 'Deconstruction' by Devin Townsend Project, 'Biomech' by Ocean Machine, 'Ki' by Devin Townsend Projct, and 'Ghost' by Devin Townsend Project. My favourite metal release of his would either be one of the first four, I can't pick one. The latter two are progressive rock. Brilliant progressive rock. I saw him playing the other day two, along with Slayer. He ripped.
