I think it's pretty solid, I went and bought the album off of iTunes at some point. I would really love some new material from Deus Invictus. Their first album was simply amazing.

Hopefully Crimson Moonlight's album will be awesome. Nothing has really caught my attention this year so far except for the new Red album. I'm also waiting impatiently for Haste the Day's new album. I think they're supposed to release a new song within the next couple of days here.

I have not listened to the new album yet. I don't know, they seem to be introducing more hardcore elements into each album since Ice Upon the Night. Not that the others haven't been good; I just think they're slowly taking the band in a direction that I'm not as much a fan of.

Thank you for the follow-back! As for my eclectic mix, I enjoy sampling varying genres and cultures to get a taste of what is out there :D

Thanks for the friend request. Greetings to you. I'm not sure how I became a one percenter since I don't listen to black or death metal. But for some reason, I'm proud of my obscurity.

There are several genres I avoid (like all "techno" or hiphop, punk and brassbands), but I can truly enjoy all the rest :-) thanks for your comment!

Yeah it's true. And he mostly gets all the praise for being a wunderkind even though he was nearly forgotten at the end of his life. Nothing from his works (from what I've heard so far) really impresses me, Requiem is great, but not throughout. Of course, he was still a great composer, but I also don't think it's correct to call him the best, not even of his time.

Thanks man! Yeah, Hope for the Dying's new album is so good. That's a shame about your mp3 player. But hey, racking up play count doesn't matter as much in my opinion as making your listening preferences known. I reset my plays a while back even though I had over 30,000.
