danke Chris für die Annahme... auf eine gute Musikfreundschaft... LG Ille

Sehr umfangreich deine Musiksammlung....

Hi, it was my pleasure!

You're welcome. I really love the Turnam Green album. its not often that I listen to any album this often, but it really grew on me. I've had it in my CD changer since I bought the album and the plays there dont scrobble here!

Happy Valentine's Day! http://alejandraoleary.bandcamp.com/album/mine-that-groove-a-rock-n-roll-valentine

Chris - yea I've been on huge Slade kick lately. I haven't really listened to them in over 20-30 years, so i pulled out some of the old albums and been listening almost non-stop. What a fun band. I also picked-up TURNHAM GREEN over the weekend and man, I love it! I had only heard what I could hear from LastFm, which wasn't much, and I was blown-away! I mean it - what a great album.

Hi

It is my pleasure.

Hope you're having a good weekend Chris - i'll keep a look out for any material you guys may release.

You're welcome. I guess you're with the band. If so, good luck I haven't heard many songs yet, but I have really liked what I have heard. Intelligent lyrics with a sound that I guess is now being called roots rock, but to me it's just gold old R&R!!

Long time no talk. I hope all is well with you. I thought that you might enjoy this. http://www.abbeyroad.com/visit/

Thanks so much for listening! - Joel Steven

Hi Chris! All the best für das neue Jahr! Keep on rockin....! Ich glaube die Leute sind gar nicht so blöd. Die wollen nur gut bedient werden. Schuld sind die Medien, vor allem das Fernsehen... Music is the best. Gruß Zsa Zsa Schmidt

Yay for the Bangles! :-)

In diesem Sinne :-) LG Jürgen

Hallo Christoph, hab in deiner Musiksammlung einige Songwriter entdeckt. Vielleicht interessiert dich unserer neue Gruppe „Singer-Songwriter of the Week“. Hier kannst du durch wöchentliches voten deine Lieblingsinterpreten in die "Hall Of Fame" bekommen. Hier der Link: http://www.lastfm.de/group/Singer-Songwriter+of+the+Week

Hi Chris, I'm sorry that I haven't been in touch, but my life is chaotic at the moment and none of it good! However, I'm still breathing and that means that there is hope that things will improve! Fortunately, music and my last.fm friends are a refuge that restores my batteries. :-))

Merry Christmas to you too Chris and best to you in 2010!

I've been very fortunate to see so many great artists. Desire + opportunity has given me many great memories. It's been interesting going back through the decades and trying to remember as many as possible. I'm adding as I recall. The late 60s & early 70s featured a lot of festivals. Many of them were at the university I attended and trying to remember everyone is tough! I've been able to find a list of acts for a couple of the festivals. Unlike today, live music was also affordable. BTW, Tom Petty 1981 or 1982 is still one of my high points. [case in point. I don't remember who opened for Petty, but I do remember it was someone I liked. Their drummer was taken ill and Stan Lynch filled in and took them up a notch!] Take care. Greg
