I was. If I had my druthers, their self-titled would be on the essentials list instead of or in addition to YFIIP though. If I had to pick one BSS album, I would probably go with FRR on impulse and later wish I had chosen s/t. All of their work is solid though; Kevin and Brendan's solo albums, Feist, Stars, Apostle Of Hustle, Metric, Do Make Say Think, Years...

Ahmahgawsh. So. I just watched the first episode of Misfits. I quite, quite like it already. I absolutely ADORE the curly-haired smartass, haha. I'm also really looking forward to see the episode where you got your avatar from. Dem moves. Also, i feel like i occasionally need subtitles to understand the -ahem- chav-y one, lol.

Haha i love Kids&Explosions, it was my AOTY 2010 and one of my favourite albums in general, i heard GirlTalk is pretty similar (but not as good?) so i think i'm gonna give him a listen too soon. Nice .gif btw, Simon's got some funky moves

Ahhh you are wonderful! I think I'm falling madly in love with Simon. Especially when he does the Ian Curtis dance.

Yeah, but despite its sad beginning, it really helps us understand Carl's character and motives, aside from being--on its own--an absolutely beautiful sequence. i like movies that don't just pander to the humor in kids; they challenge them emotionally (LIKE MUFASA DYING) and draw in older audiences too. And I've heard...fantastic...things about Mr. Fox. That's totally up next on my list now.

AH! That's why the name is familiar! I'm acquainted with Ocarina of Rhyme, but I didn't know there were others. You are totes cool, thank you! Oh, and I ended up getting Up last night instead of Prince of Persia, lol. Maaan, that movie was too sweet. Loved it.

I really enjoyed Brothers. I want to see the original version it's based from--I think it's Danish? I dunno. But yeah...honestly, I haven't seen Moonlit Mile (despite my avatarfagging, i'm not exactly a Jakexpert, lol), but critics seem to praise the performances and check out the soundtrack! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moonlight_Mile_(film)#Soundtrack

No problem, man. I'm glad you like it! Wait til you get to Serves Me Right; I fucking LOVE that song. The Lunar Tune is also really great, especially if you listen to it in the dark. Haha, ah, It's just an incredible album, hands down. And yeah, that sharethread was awesome. I've saved a bunch of the links you and others put up, I just need to do some library cleaning before. Bleh.

Sup holmes. Girl Talk, huh? Just been gettin into him myself, it's a cool concept but gets a bit repetitive after a while if you ask me.
