How have you managed to listen to 35699 tracks in a month and a half?? That's 793 tracks a day! You can't have really actually _listened_ to 793 songs a day since August?

hey there. You need to give The Books another good listen for sure. They actually remind me a lot of Do Make Say Think and to a lesser extent Animal Collective (mostly just in craziness and strange arrangements). It contains incredibly beautiful acoustic and strings edited in a way that that they seem thrown together almost randomly. They also use a lot of samples of poetry and other weird things they can find. It's almost like a musical collage. It works really well though. Start off with songs like "Tokyo", "There is no There", "Smells Like Content" and "All Bad Ends All". If you don't like them, there may be no hope for you.
