Yeah, man. I'm good thanks! You? How's the band coming along? I know, bro. I've changed quite a bit since we last spoke.

"if our musical compatibility is lower than Super, then feel free to not add me". Well this just got awkward.

They were pretty good. They opened for You Me At Six and they were pretty good, I guess... But Deaf Havana after them were pretty meh...

You should see both of those bands. They're great. You know I'm not a close-minded retard like most metalheads...

They're a great band. They're playing at Bloodstock too, which I'm utterly stoked for. BTW I'm listening to Post-Hardcore and stuff again!! Loving it! :D

We do have them, but they're pretty relaxed and let most people in. But it is true that we only normally have 14+ or 16+ shows, which are fine. You need ID do drink though, so I don't bother unless I'm with my older friends. Sometimes the timer on last.fm fucks up I think, so it says that your last comment was 12 hours ago :L

Every Time I Die are a great band! Cool guys making great music. I'm sorry all your May shows are 18+...

I was annoyed when I saw they aren't coming to the UK with that too. It would have been a great tour :'/

I haven't seen them, but my girlfriend has. She said they weren't that great. On the other hand, I've heard some of my (former) friends saying that they're awesome. You'll just have to make up your own mind I guess.

Here we are lucky to have a good range of venues available. There are cities all around me that have a lot of shows on, but I can't go because I have no means of travel (trains are often impractical: I have to get lifts to and from stations, few buses, I'm not yet of age to drive, etc etc)

Yeah, I wouldn't pay that either. I was looking at Iron Maiden tickets a while back and it was like £95 for shitty backseat tickets, and if you wanted a decent seat (yes, a seated gig D:) it was around £250! I say fuck that. But most core and metal gigs are a lot cheaper, like £15 normally

You're lucky. Here it's mainly core shows, I have to say. But there are a lot of underground metal shows if you know where to look (unfortunately not near where I live as much as in London, over 300 miles away... D':) but we do have Download, Sonisphere and Bloodstock. I like Bloodstock and Sonisphere, but Download is a bit... bland quite often. They put bands like SOAD on, who only like 13 year old posers still really listen to (no offense if you like them). But I would still like to see Black Sabbath's show there :/

I understand your rage. ASP were meant to come here supporting Suicide Silence and they pulled out. But we got Bleed From Within as a replacement so it wasn't all bad. It sucks that Finnish festivals don't book many good bands... It's a shame you're not into metal, because Hole In The Sky festival in Norway always has kick-ass Black Metal bands on =D

Yeah... I remember at ADTR this guy kept kicking me and elbowing me and shit when I was stood on the side of the pit. I'm a pretty big guy, so when he saw me walk up to him he practically ran away. Fucking pussy. Yeah anyone that just randomly punches or pushes anyone at a show can fuck off and die IMO

It's the same. I used to have friends who were like "If you don't mosh, then you're a fucking faggott", so I used to be right into it. These days I just headbang, drink, and have a good time with my friends :)

That's true, it's worth any money to see PWD. They fucking slay, especially live. Are you one for a good mosh pit? Bit of a slam dancer?

Ah, not too bad then. It seems to have got a lot more expensive recently to travel anywhere. But then again, everything is more expensive these days due to the economic climate :/

Sounds good! I haven't actually booked anything for next year yet except Bloodstock, which I am mega stoked for, to say the least. Is it expensive to travel from Finland to Sweden?

Thanks man! Same to you. I can appreciate Metalcore and Post-HC music still, but I prefer to listen to Metal now. And that's great! I'm glad you're finally able to see PWD :) you will not be disappointed, I promise you :D

Yeah, I wouldn't really attend a BMTH show from what you've told me; they don't seem worth my money. But I have seen all of those bands that you listed, and ADTR and PWD were amazing when I saw them and MMI were above average. Architects are really good live too, when I saw them at Sonisphere in July they blew me away. Heartburn was great, and I'm not a big fan of it on record xD

It is true. I think the same is true, but far less so, for BMTH. I far prefer CTB-era BMTH to the Metalcore experimental stuff they're doing now, which is more Post-HC inclined. Don't get me wrong, I like their new stuff, but their EP and CBT is better. Suicide Season is pretty good too though :D

Yeah that's pretty accurate as to what they are like live... Plus they play too many songs from their new album for my liking these days: they should play more from The Cleansing IMO.

I always think on record JFAC sound kind of flat, and yeah it is really boring really quickly...
