Hi BWOOOO! Hope all is well with you. I don’t come on here much anymore, but it can bring back good memories of talking about music and other random shit with you all. It’s also a reminder of how childish i used to be tbh.

BWOOOOOO did you enjoy Calgary? My entire family moved there last fall because I'm an aunt now.

Yeah, I did! It felt like a big city because everything was so spread out and car dependent but there wasn't a lot of touristy things to see . There were highways running all throughout the city and only in Calgary, I can do a casual 130 km/h to get from one side to the other. People in general are also more polite compared to where I'm from which was kind of a shock tbh. It must be nice to be only 45 minutes to an hour away from Banff which is where I spent most of my time when I was there. Also, congrats on being an aunt.

Thanks BWOOOO. The kid is adorable... so adorable my parents sold our house in Edmonton and moved to Calgary so they can see the kid more often. As a result, I travel to Calgary pretty frequently. You're not wrong Calgary is very spread out (Edmonton is the same) and you need a car to get anywhere. I guess if you lived in a more dense city it probably is kind of weird how much you need a car, but it's pretty normal for me. But I hate driving and wish I lived somewhere you could get by without a car. Banff is gorgeous. I haven't been there in forever, but the nature sure is pretty.

Hi BWOOO I haven't logged in in forever. Only did now because I had a dream last night about last.fm lol. Calgary is a nice, albeit kinda boring city. A nice place to grow up and have a family with but not a whole lot as far as touristy stuff goes. It's considered more desirable than Edmonton mainly because of it's proximity to nature. Calgary is not far from the mountains, Lake Louise, Banff, etc. but the city itself is nothing special. Maybe go to a hockey game if you're in Calgary during winter or something. At least Edmonton has the giant mall that I haven't been inside of since pre pandemic.

I'm still watching Season 6. I enjoy it, but not as much as some of the previous seasons. It seems like Fiona is the main character now instead of Frank, and I think the show shines best with Frank. I'm mostly just working this summer. But only part time so I have a lot of free time on my hands. What about you?

My last final is on Wednesday. I'll start the season once that's over with. Also, I love the opening theme song on Shameless. Got it on my phone.

Yes the Milkoviches grew on me. I didn't like that one guy at first - the one Ian is with, but he grew on me in the later seasons. Same with Mandy. Speaking of which, her running over Karen was one of the sickest parts of the show. Looked gross when they did a close up of her face afterward. Didn't expect shameless to get that gory.

Yeah, the fifth season is as far as I've gotten as well. Hopefully they will add more episodes soon. Was it the last season when Fiona became an irresponsible dumb ass and Lip became the most sane person in the family? I think that's when he became my favorite character. And Chuckie da bess.

And yeah, that Thanksgiving episode was a huge surprise. I don't think anybody saw that coming. Also pretty gross.

Yeah I think Kevin is the funniest character in the show. I like his scenes quite a lot. The only characters that I really dislike on the show are Monica (though she's supposed to be that way) and Jimmy. I've never liked him. Frank perfectly walks that line between being funny/lovable and being a complete scumbag, though there are times where you'll think he goes to far. Shameless mixes comedy and drama so well.

Things are fine i guess. Getting tired of school. At least finals are soon. Had to do two big Excel projects last week so I'm glad that's over. What about you?
