YESSS exactly 😭😭 I don’t understand why people expect artists to stay in one particular lane. Artists change and evolve - that’s literally part of being an artist and creating. If they didn’t, I probably wouldn’t even love Taylor Swift the way I do now 😂 I was never really into her country music, then she moved into pop and I started enjoying her so much more, and then she released folklore and it honestly became my favourite album EVER. I love when artists experiment and explore different sounds and aesthetics. They’re artists… let them create!! 😭 And if Nessa is loving what she’s making, let her do her thinggg 🖤

RUEL is hands-down my favourite right now. His whole Kicking My Feet and Screaming album is a viiiiibe - try I Can Die Now. My taste is so varied. My overall tops are The 1975 and every album they have is great, but my fav songs are hands down Fallingforyou, Somebody Else, About You, The Sound, and ROBBERS is a song that will steal you whole fucking soul. Ode to a Conversation Stuck in Your Throat by Del Water Gap is on repeat again for me. Maybe try those?

Hi!! Eleven years has gone by surprisingly quickly! My favourite thing about Last.fm these days is looking back through my listening history and seeing how my music taste has evolved over time. When I first joined, I mostly used it to discover new artists and find people with similar tastes. I have to admit I was a little surprised by the COVID question though - it felt like a message from 2020! 😄 Things are pretty normal here in Australia these days, and the shops are well stocked.
