When that happens to me I just pretend I'm breakdancing. Sorry you hurt yourself though! Listening to lots of Sigur Ros and Radiohead this week, it must be the awful weather. My band might be finally playing some shows in a couple of months, starting with supporting the doom band Amarok from California. Excited! We have a handful of songs now, our sound is coming together somewhere between Mastodon, Neurosis and Torche, with some Mogwai in there too. Odd for sure. Can't wait to record! Feel better!

He's playing this guitar with an ugly ass paint job with leopard print guitar strap. I look at this picture every day!

I think they are musically inclined just like Silverchair. I consider it pop music for how simplistic the progressions/chords are. Its not like im a blink-182 super fan, I just appreciate them in a guilty pleasure kind of way! I listen to Prince too, hopefully wont get my head chewed off for that.

lol I just realized that the last shout that I meant to send to you I accidentally posted on my own page XD. It had said: Yeah, I never go to the wisco, I mostly go to basement shows and the occasion co-op show. I saw cattle decapitation a while back with decapitated and a couple other bands I can't remember. I know what you mean, I like aggressive forms of punk better than death metal and the likes for many reasons, one being the bands have a more varied sound. I do live in Madison. I'm on the west side but I work downtown.
