No like music as an idea

Well, pretty awesome because it allows for a person or group to capture diverse emotions, aesthetics and pretty much everything in a format that allows other people to understand and feel it. It's also cool on a primal and cultural level, as it portrays different cultures and sub-cultures and human behavior. And on top of that, it's enjoyable! I do worry sometimes that music can act as a consumable like other media, but I try to limit myself and focus my energy on the right parts. Thanks for the question.

Oh I'm not sure there is a distinct difference actually. I just sometimes listen to music just to have something playing, and I strive to listen with more attention and intent. I think "consuming" isn't necessarily bad, it's just something that got a little stuck in my head. What do you think?

I'm not sure. I listen to music to experience other worlds the creative types like to create. I also like listening to music while I'm working my jobs so I can pretend I'm culturally enriching myself while my value gets extracted.
