I have no idea why I took so long to reply to you. Alas, I deleted Facebook a while ago and just wanted to say hi/ask how you were. I'm really good though, thank you.

Kinda recent I guess. Picked up one of their albums on record store day on Saturday. Ah interesting stuff. They really remind me of this band I used to really be into called Look See Proof actually (also now split up). See if you can see what I'm talking about: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Mi3TqzG8Nk - Oh and White Denim, yeah, I think rough trade are doing a similar thing. Gunna sit on it for the mo until it comes out and I can stream it or something cus theyre now a 4 piece rather than a 3 piece. Kinda lost their edge I think, though not completely which is good!

YES! camel...fast becoming my favourite band at the moment. I've got two of their LPs (originals on the Decca label). Really good UK 70's prog. I recommend The Snow Goose and Moonmadness - considered their masterpieces. They sell out a bit in the 80's (apparently to gain radio airplay) though so not as good then.

wow this is cool man. again, the only word you can distinguish throughout the whole song is the word in the title haha. classic track though. not as 'stand out' as some of their other stuff but that guitar riff that keeps on coming in and out in like the in the intro and various interludes is pretty cool..

ah quality! lol I was gunna say... if the quality wasn't wrecked by the synth, the thumpin' bass prolly will have done it hehe. and yeah I get what you mean, well sort of, cus I haven't listened to it the whole way through myself yet buttttttt I really like the way it goes from common dreads to solidarity tbh, worked really well live too thinking about it
