    Well I partially meant that I do not overthink and panic anymore. It's not an easy process though it took me months of groudwork to train my mind to be calmer and reach this state now. I'm glad I have reached this state tho. I see everything clear as day now, and I don't care about all the little things (like people's perception of me for e.g.) anymore that used to bug me and make me insecure as fuck. Thank you anyway.
