Hi, there are many bands to discover here!

Gojira is really great, you should check out their songs Backbone and Esoteric Surgery. And I honestly like Dillinger's new stuff more than their older stuff although Calculating Infinity is great. Also I'm don't know if you'll be into Enter Shikari based on the stuff you listen to but I see you like Deftones and they're sort of like that except more electronic.

I haven't been to MSG either but I have a few friends that have and their tickets cost around $200. And yeah, I saw Gojira earlier this year and I think they're one of the best live bands I've seen so far (along with The Dillinger Escape Plan and Enter Shikari). They're actually one of my favorite bands, have you listened to them before?

Oh wow, that explains why the Yankee Stadium concert was $200, lol. And yeah the Pearl Jam tickets were expensive but it was getting sold out fast. I had to be ready to buy them minutes before they went on sale. And yeah I know Slayer's tickets would be expensive, but luckily they're not as expensive as most bands that play at Madison Square Garden. Also Gojira is opening for them so it's worth the price.

Damn, even that seems pretty expensive. Plus I wanted to buy them for my girlfriend, and I already bought tickets for Pearl Jam which was pretty expensive too.

Really, they cost that much? Do you know how much the MSG tickets cost?

Yeah, I know what you mean. Luckily most of the bands I've seen were great live. The only one that didn't really put on a good performance was Paradise Lost, but I think there was something wrong with their equipment that day. And I'm from New Jersey but most of the concerts I go to are in Philly. What about you?

Oh they were different tours? Well I was planning on going to the Kvelertak one at Union Transfer but couldn't make it. I heard Kvelertak is really good live.

Well have you ever heard of the band Rolo Tomassi? They're like an electronic version of Converge and The Dillinger Escape Plan.

Yeah, I love BM. My favorite BM band would have to be Darkthrone. They're classic, though. There are a lot of newer BM bands coming onto the scene that are fucking good, though.

No, I hear you...A lot of modern Hardcore bands just try to emulate bands like Hatebreed, Converge and Entombed and expect to be the shit. But these guys are different. They have a very Black Metal-ish vibe to them.

I recommend this band I just found the other day called Young And In the Way, don't know if you've listened to them before. But if you haven't definitely check them out. They make some sick-ass Hardcore.

Hey, yeah that's right. I just want to express that I am not a friend collector. I also made some contacts though last.fm yet by talking to people in groups etc. But if there's a random friend request by someone who hasn't even talked to me, I will always decline. Therefore there are maybe 2 or three people in my friend list who I haven't met in person, yet.

ohh yes, please do. The split is very chaotic like Converge.

Yeah, that split kicks ass. I pretty much like all the Napalm Death splits. Same here, I listen to their albums based on my mood. I think the new Converge album kicked ass as well. Have you heard The Temptress/Harbours split? by far my all time favorite. I still need to watch the movie Bucketlist, so I can check "Watch Bucketlist" off my Bucketlist. But yeah, I would be stoked to see them sometime.

Both great albums. Converge are one of those bands that has an entire discography of solid albums. I own a lot of converge on cd, the main reason why my account only has like 40 Converge scrobbles. I tend to listen to their shit on my way to work, school, etc. If my truck can scrobble the stuff I listen to while I'm driving, my charts would be impeccable.

When Forever Come Crashing is very nostalgic to me, it was the first hardcore album I ever listened to, I eventually found the CD and bought it. As cliché as it sounds Jane Doe is my current favorite album. yours?
