No, I thought cold cave we're shite. I saw them in Chicago in June of 2010 and they were an entirely different entity: a full band (with a hot chick), enticing and exciting, seductive etc. This time they just seemed like 2 synth lovers having the time of their lives opening for JAMC playing typical synth music in a classic vein. JAMC themselves we're good enough considering their age and what they've endured. I thought Jim sounded great but would have loved to have heard William on VOX on at least a track or two. They played "Crackin' Up" which put me in an exuberant place but for the most part it felt like a chore and not worth the drive...

Thanks man. Glad to see you survived in Inglewood for another day. But even if you did get murdered after the concert, I'm sure you die happy. I know a piece of me did there.

Pretty good dawg. Domestica was also the first thing I had to think of. I didn't like that one too much and actually prefered Mama I'm Swollen. I think MIS's lyrics were quite cool, From The Hips for example or the title track. They might come of as boring or uninspired because the character singing them is bored and uninspired? Dunno, I'm exited for the new album!

hahah it's a joke from a video game called Skyrim. It's a long story but basically a bunch of random NPCs all say "I used to be a warrior like you, but then I took an arrow in the knee" and it became an internet joke. Youtube it!
