oh im not quite sure whats up that way. but seattle is definitely not a boring place. thats why i moved here. i moved here because az's music scene was dry, the economy was spent, and i just was bored with it. it wasn't really a spontaneous decision though. it was well planned out. why did you move? do you know anyone out here?

no, im originally from arizona, i actually really like rain now. i have lived here for about 6 months. so im new too. seattle has so much to offer as far as music, art and culture. (well at lease in comparison to phoenix, not sure what its like in texas.) are you in the seattle area?

yea i really don't know how to make friends outside of school so i can imagine that it's tough. especially moving somewhere brand new. you move up there for work? sorry your friend backed out, that would have been key. having even just one friend can help in meeting lots more. lots of good shows to go to up there?

Well, I'm a semester and one summer class away from graduating with my degree in philosophy, then hopefully off to D.C. for graduate school next year. As far as music goes, I've had a good bit more time to explore. It's been quite a while since I had the luxury of really digging into new music. Have you come across any good finds lately? I found this band called [artist]White Denim[/artist] that I like. I'm not sure if it's your style, but it might be worth a try. Lemme know what you think.

Sounds like cool resolutions to me :) As far as i'm concern I guess I would like to find a new job as well, find something to study that i actually have interrests in, instead of going with the flow, those type of stuff. Basically i just hope that the shitty stuff are gonna change, and that the cool things are going to keep going better :) We shall see, I wish you a happy new year anyway Angelika! :)
