Ah good. I think I'll actually get the CD of Lightspeed Champion. I want to place an order with amazon anyway and that one is on my wish list :). The Southside Festival is in Germany. The lineup is not bad this year but the timings are really bad. Everything concentrated on Friday. Radiohead and Black Rebel Motorcycle Club are playing at the same time. It's a dilemma for me!!!

I am thinking of buying the Lightspeed Champion record. Would you recommend it? BTW: I am going to be able to see Radiohead live after all. At the Southside Festival in 3 weeks.

Well, feeling like shit probably didn't help you getting into a gig mood ;). Dunno if I will try to get Radiohead tickets. The problem is they go on sale Friday morning. By that time I'll be in a plane to Copenhagen and I won't return until until Sunday night. So I don't think I'll be able to get tickets. Are you planning on going? :)

A shame it was a disappointment for you. You guess it was the venue's fault (or rather the venue's sound)? I read a very good review about AS's London gig in a magazine the other day.

BTW: is it easy to get gig tickets on short notice in Leeds? London gigs are always sold out too fast. Very annoying, I missed out on a lot of gigs because of that :(.

I don't know really but I don't think I'll go to see them. They are playing 2 gigs in London, no!? One at Koko if I remember right. I don't like the Koko for gigs. The other day I checked for tix for the other gig but couldn't find any. It seems to be a bit hard to get hold of tickets for their gigs.

Um, so maybe too experimental. Mind you, I think Paranoid Android is pretty experimental too. I can see (or rather hear) the genius in it but it's not one of my favourites. Maybe In Rainbows will take over from OK Computer as my fav. Radiohead album. Well, maybe not... ;).

My fav. Radiohead album is definitely OK Computer. Exit Musik is one of the most moving songs ever. I also love Fake Plastic Trees from The Bends. Isn't the video set in some supermarket. Um, can't remember. What is Amnesiac like? Quiet and mellow (I'd like that!) or rather fast and screechy?

I agree, to me it doesn't sound like Sigur Rós at all. I don't know what came into that person's mind. Haha, you put it quite well: it sounds like Radiohead. It's similar to Hail To The Thief, don't you agree!? After OK Computer I snubbed them for quite a while, I have to admit. But I really liked Hail To The Thief again. And I think In Rainbows has a similar sound.

I adore House Of Cards. I cannot understand that some people here on last.fm say it's a bad track. No way!! It's amazing! Someone wrote they stole from Sigur Rós' Untitled 8. Bullshit! Some people always have to compare songs and search for the slightest similiarities. And then they moan. Idiots! ;)

The whole album is brilliant though I think that Red Sea drags a little at the end. It's just too long. BTW: the new Radiohead album is fantastic, don't you think!?
