The musician friend who introduced me to Hanne Hukkelberg, Charles Mingus and Animal Collective is coming around on Friday. I steal most of my interesting/experimental music knowledge off him usually.

You get buzz points proportional to how much your bands are mentioned on the web. I don't know why I care really. I'm not sure how the musical compatibility thing works. Seems like if you listen to the amount of music we do, there's bound to be quite a bit of overlap. We do have quite similar taste though. I just tend to go for tried and tested indie music rather than all the intese listening you do to find the fresh cutting edge stuff.
