STDcore is a tag given to songs or albums that consist of sexually-explicit lyrics, typically to a degree where mentions or depictions of sex are constantly mentioned within the song and/or album. Artists may be tagged if they've written a considerable amount of songs with lyrics about this kind of subject matter.
