V no, fuck 60's shit, Beach Boys aren't even barely psych, Zombies are baroque pop and well, well fuck Beatles and all your classic rock bullshit. Those bands are already top of the genre they really play. Give modern music some space, sucker.

LOOOOL... oh boy, you should listen to, FOR EXAMPLE, what the bands from Elephant Six (record label) have to say about it. Well, let me tell you a little bit (extract from Elephant Six @ Wikipedia): "Together, they held a mutual admiration for the music of the 1960s, especially the Beach Boys, considering the unfinished Smile project to be the era's "Holy Grail".[2] Wishing to emulate the Beach Boys' Brother Records,[2] Schneider created the Elephant 6 record label when he moved to Denver, Colorado in late 1991 to attend the University of Colorado at Boulder. According to Schneider, Hart coined the name "Elephant 6" and Schneider added "Recording Company." [3] In Denver, Schneider and new friends founded The Apples (which eventually became the Apples in Stereo). Recorded at the newly built Pet Sounds Studio, and released in June 1993, The Apples' Tidal Wave 7" EP was the first Elephant 6 product. Hart designed the Art Nouveau-inspired Elephant 6 logo for the label of The Apples EP."

"wtf is tis bullshit, no bands from the 60. no beatles, no beach boys, not even The Zombies. Are last.fm users really so dumb? " I don't think people really know the tags they're using. Bloody hell, this is ridiculous.

Thought some might be interested in the tag I added (Symphonic Psychedelic Rock). Please add more to what you think fits there. The content runs out after like 10 songs. http://www.last.fm/tag/symphonic%20psychedelic%20rock
